Machine Description

FMB-1300/1450/1600 automatic three (five) layers flute laminator is a patented product which is researched and developed by our company. This machine is a precedent for domestic and overseas flute laminator, ethic makes the idea of put-on piece colour printing paper with one piece or two pieces corrugated sheet together. The machine with the features of reasonable design, simple structure, easy operation, long service life. Good performance etc. The machine can replace the function of the five-layers cardboard production line and it is an ideal machine for the printed box producers.

  • The face paper adopts scale conveying and the positioning adopts elastic front lay. Paper with different size can realize automatic positioning.
  • The feature glue roll makes the glue more uniform and save the glue which save the cost effectively.
  • The upper and lower bottom paper are transported using servo motor and high strength vacuum adsorption to ensure that the corrugated paper is transported accurately, accurately and quality.
  • The feeder with 4 sucking suckers and 4 delivery suckers can convey the different paper smoothly and make the high speed operation.
  • The operation of the whole machine is simple and straightforward. The control elements are made of well-known brands at home and abroad to ensure the stable performance of the machine in long-term use.
  • The paper trimming section of the bottom paper use a combination of Precious harmonic gears and synchronous toothed belts to achieve automatic positing of two bottom papers during operation.
